The women’s classes combine self defense techniques that work with a cardio fitness program that lets each individual work at their own pace and keep track of their progress. Members will get a great workout and come away learning the pure art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
We offer the following adult programs:
Introduction to BJJ
You will learn the basic techniques that will eventually be your solid foundation for this exciting martial art. We strive to teach the intricate parts of positioning and the value in practical self-defense moves, which are the core of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Advanced BJJ
Since techniques are constantly changing and evolving, we are always attending seminars by various instructors to improve our knowledge of BJJ.
Private Lessons
Private lessons can be used to fine-tune specific parts of your grappling game. Additionally, some people are concerned about training in a group class. Private lessons are a way to make this transitions easier. Our goal is to make everyone comfortable to train with us.
