In October of 2009, Keith received his Black Belt from Royler Gracie, David Adiv and Rosendo Diaz.
Brian Fisher
Co-owner and instructor, before starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2003, Brian experimented with various martial arts training. Originally, Brian planned to train at a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school for a couple of years and then learn more striking techniques. Instead, he got hooked on Jiu Jitsu. Weighing 195 lb at the time, Brian was amazed at how easily people 20 to 30 lb lighter than him were completely controlling him on the ground and making his strength useless. Brian received his purple belt in March 2008 from Royler Gracie. In July of 2008, Brian and Keith Neff, Royler Gracie black belt, opened Lancaster BJJ in Ephrata, PA, where he trains on a regular basis. Brian and Keith Neff are now under the
Third Generation Affiliation and proudly train under 1 stripe black belt Rosendo Diaz.
