In this crazy society we live in, self defense knowledge can help everyone, children included. From the tragedies happening in our schools to bullying, our seminar will focus on basic techniques for handling situations that arise. Our seminar/children's program not only provides a fun way to learn moves, but instills confidence and other key values in our students. This is a great introductory to our children's program. More information to come!

"I not only learn from the instructors teaching styles, but I learn from the awesome classmates I train with. I look forward to class every week."
“I've only been training for about 1 1/2 months and I love it! The instructors are great and the class size is just right”
"Incredible BJJ school!!!! I've been training at Lancaster BJJ for about a year now and am completely hooked! Brian and Keith are great at breaking down every aspect of the art. There's a great mix of experienced and beginners at every class. I'd go every day if I could!"
Lancaster Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Ephrata promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique, taking the fight to the ground – most notably by applying joint-locks, choke holds, and submissions to defeat the opponent. The training you receive from LBJJ can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi / no-gi) and mixed martal arts (MMA) competition or self-defense. Sparring (a.k.a. "rolling") and live drilling play a major role in training.
Mon: Noon - 1:00PM (Gi)
Wed: Noon - 1:00 PM (No Gi)
